United Games is reportedly coming to MN. United Games is an organization from Utah that is looking to bring a product to MN bars. Their smart phone based offering appears to have elements of multi level marketing and some (if not all) elements of gambling. They are contacting bars and charities looking for partners in their program. The MN Department of Public Safety and GCB are doing their due diligence on the product, but until they see it in actual operation a final determination as to whether it is gambling (and therefore illegal) will probably not be forthcoming. We all wish that we could get more money for our chosen missions, but putting your gambling license or site license in jeopardy is probably not the thing to do. More to come on this as it is made available to us.
